I am the queen of spins! I can teach you how to take one spin and make it four different spins! In this workshop I will teach you how to get more air on your spins, how to step & grip correctly and learn to trust yourself so that you can fly high! My goal in this workshop is to make you feel weightless and free! Giving yourself permission to play & have fun in your feminine! Level: Beginner on Up! • 90 Mins $45 Per Person * This could be a split level, Beginner to Intermediate 1, or Intermediate 2 to Advance if needed.
